The Hunger Games

The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins is based in a post-apolitical Society which is now called Panem. it stars the fierce self-motivated hero, Katness Everdeen. The Hunger Games choose 24 “tributes” from 12 districts from across Panem to fight in the annual Hunger Games. These Tributes are forced by cruel and oppressive President Snow to fight each other to the death on public TV for the chance to win fame for them and their districts. when Katness’s little sister Prim is selected to fight in the games, Katness volunteers to take her place. Her district partner— Peeta, the boy who saved her life when she was only 12. Peeta and Katness together embark on a harrowing journey as game survivors, who make it their mission to bring the usurper President Snow to justice, and create the world that the suffering districts deserve.
